So, I’ve been playing this game since Saturday and I must say that it actually did impress me a bit. It’s an okay game with a lot of punch in it. My hopes were’nt high since I just read all the shit about it on metacritic + the fact that i paid 4.99£ for it on play.com.
As I said it’s an ok game, not great, but ok. And that is all it is. I’ve been playing it for about 7 hours now and it feels like I’m close to the ending of it, but that’s ok since i’ve been planing on playing LA.Noire when it comes out tomorrow.
It’s a third-person shooter that is based on covering most of the time. You can mind hack civillians and mind slave your enemies after you wounded them a little, making them your allies. The story revolves around government in a downword spiral and a new organizations are on their way up. You play a rouge agent who partner up with another agent trying to get to the bottom of it. There is alot of twist and turns and the story actually keep me interested most of the time. And now the critizising part: The graphics are 5 years old, like those we saw first when the new generations of consoles came out. The acting is way of and kinda awkward at times, especially the manuscript. The game also feels a bit to repetative, but it works cause it gets harder and harder in a natural way.
I’ll give this a 6 out 10, cause I am enjoying it but it has it flaws. And it’s a good game to have between games you’re waiting for
6 out of 10
